Return Policy


Secret Love wants you to Own Your Sexy, but if you are not satisfied, all qualifying merchandise can be returned to Secret Love within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure you add all the items you want to return all at once because you are only issued one return authorization per order.

Please view excluded items below. There are separate return/exchange policies in

place for Holiday items Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day.


Exclusions to Return policy:

ý      Secret Love does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.


ý      Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.


ý      Items that have been laundered.


ý      Unsealed Panties


ý      Unsealed Hosiery


ý      Unsealed body stockings


ý      Wigs


ý      Items with tags removed.


ý      Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.


ý      Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.


ý      Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.


ý      Items that are soiled or stained.


ý      Items not returned in original packaging.


ý      Last Chance Sale items.


ý      The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.



How do I return something?

Please send Secret Love customer service email, write down why you want to return the item and we will give you instructions on where to send the items you want to return / replace.


When will I receive my Refund?

Banks are quick to take our money, slow to give it back. If you selected refund, we will credit your payment method when your return is processed. You will be notified by email when we complete the process. Your financial institution should refund your account in 3 -5 business days.


I received the wrong item.

First I want to to apologize for the inconvenience.

Please verify that the item was not listed on your order confirmation and packing slip.

Please contact Secret Love Customer Care ASAP with the product name and item number of what you did not receive. And if you can locate the product # on the packaging of what you did receive.

The Secret Love Customer Care team will take care of this for your right away.


My order is missing an item?

Please check your order confirmation and packing slip to verify the product was on your order.

Make sure you did no select a pre order item.

If the item is listed on your packing slip, please contact our Customer Care team with your name and item number.

We will be happy to resolve this issue ASAP.


Do you offer an exchange for a different item?

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the item you purchased. We do not offer exchanges for a different item.
